Class on Wednesday was another interesting one.� I really enjoyed having the guest speakers, they had a great message and opened me up to issues that I did not know existed.� The network that they belong to really seems to help spread the message about the problems Mexico is facing because of NAFTA.� Having guest speakers really does split the class time up nicely, so that it doesn't feel like the full 2 hours and 45 minutes
The brief power point presentation on Learning Networks helped my understanding of the subject a little better, I had confused exactly what a learning network was on my discussion question for last week.� Our blog group discussion also helped further my understanding of what a learning network is.� Evan had some great questions that really helped focus our discussion.� I think Gavin's learning network that he had belonged to, the group with robotics, was a great example of a learning network and how having a passion for something and sharing it with other people can spread knowledge throughout a community.
